PECE 102: Primer on PECE Sign and Seal Consultancy (part 4)

Here is to familiarize yourself with different PEZA forms that needs your sign and seal as PECE consultant. . .

a. Electronics Permit (as Design Engineer and/or Installation Engineer. . .you should charge separately, and include inspection fee as in-charge of Installation)

PEZA Form 1

b. Electronics Data Sheet (You should sign and seal every page, usually 3 to 4 pages in A4 size)

PEZA Form 2

c. Technical Specifications (You should sign and seal every page, in A4 size, per page charging or lump sum, it’s up to you!)

PEZA Form 3

d. Bill of Materials (no sample yet, normally per system charging or lump sum)

e. Specimen Signature (as Design Engineer and/or Installation Engineer)

PEZA Form 4

f. Certificate of Completion (as Design Engineer and/or Installation Engineer)

PEZA Form 5

g. Certificate of Safety and Integrity (no sample yet, normally lump sum charging)
